Second run of the 28 minute runs and I’m actually nailing this!! I beat all new records on this run and boy does it feel good! So close to that 5K run!!! Defiantly still a mental battle but there’s no better feeling that completing the run😁

Definitely doing well.

Only a small proportion of graduates from this forum who responded to a poll, managed 5k in 30 minutes by graduation healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

Graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

Wow well done you're doing amazing! What app is it that you are using to record your PB's etc?

Agh brill thank you for replying, I've just started and downloaded map my run but keep forgetting to set off, would you say strava is a better one to use? I get so confused with all the different apps to use lol

Hahaha no worries :) I personally love strava, you can follow people you know (or not too if you don’t want too) and it shows you if you’ve beaten a personal record or a certain distance that you’ve beaten how fast you’ve gone etc. I love it and the people are lovely on there! I defiantly recommend!!

I've downloaded it thank you, I used it years ago but had forgotten about it. My account and all my old routes are on there great stuff!

Yay! Awesome, Well done you. I did that run today too. No pbs for me today. After yesterday's snow and sub zero temps at 7am my achievement was getting out of bed and out the house. Looking forward to killing w8r3!

Just getting out of bed seems to be the best achievement too me!! Luckily I’ve not had snow (yet) but it’s definitely freezing here!! I didn’t think I’d get any PB but sometimes I surprise myself! Haven’t had any for a while so I must be doing something right! :)
