Finished the last run yesterday and must thank the people who planned the c25k. Never believed I would run for 30 minutes after struggling on weeks 3 to 5. The plan worked and managed over 5k for the last 3 runs. I've a heart condition (severe LV dysfunction) caused by atrial fibrillation so it means a lot to me to be able to complete the course. Thanks

Well done 👏🏼 congratulations on graduating! 🤩

Congratulations and very well done on managing the 5K. I graduated today but it'll be while before I can reach 5K in 30 minutes. x

Thanks. I don't think the distance matters too much. I found it just as hard when running slower. Everyone has their own pace so well done for getting through to graduate c25k

Three 5ks each in 30 minutes is impressive. Congrats. During Consolidation don't try for PBs every time. Run within yourself to get those miles under your belt. Your body will thank you.

Thanks. I wasn't pushing for the 5 k. Just found a comfortable pace which suited me. I plan to keep to the 30 minutes for a good few weeks to build up some stamina.
