Hi. I’ve completed the C25K a few weeks ago now. I’m continuing with a 5K run 3 times a week.
Do I still continue with this or is there anything else?
Thanks.

You could go up to 10k. There’s a different forum ‘bridge to 10k’.
Depends what you want to do. As previously suggested you could go longer distances or you could just enjoy running and maybe combine it with other sports - swimming or running maybe. I've learnt loads from doing this programme and hope it will help with other stuff I do.
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, after several 30 minute consolidation runs you could do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you could do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K, not an app but a 8 weeks plan a little like C25K, Google Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan.Follow the link of IannodaTruffe to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username.
Have a look at the 3 excellent supplementary C25K+ podcasts: Stamina, Speed and Stepping Stones.
Highly recommended. Also, the Nike Running Club app is very popular with new graduates here.
Do you consolidation for the next month, and during that time, think about where you want to do with your running. Will help you focus your mind.
Download the Nike Run Club app lot’s of guided runs on there of various times and distances to choose from and it’s free too 👍
