What a strange day it’s been. Euphoria that I finished the program and managed to run an extra 5min to get my 5km time...followed by a sense of loss as now what? My ultimate goal is to do a half marathon but need structure to get to the next step the 10km.

Congratulations, 😀👍🍾🏁. As to what to do after the celebrations, take a look at bridge to 10k and JU - JU'S magic plan. Enjoy your CR running!

🤣you really took me home with the ‘bru’ part🤣yeah going on 5years. Go back once a year for 3 months but not for the last year due to current conditions. The running is great, keeps one sane and busy. Snowing in the Highlands today so glad I don’t have a run scheduled for today!

A big congratulations to you. Brilliant time too. I will never do that time. I'm determined to get to W9. On W8 at the moment but quite slow. Can I use the age defense of 68 please. Will do 5k but not fast. Carry on, it can only do you good.

Thank you! Really never worried about the time just wanted to complete it🤗go as slow as you have to in order to complete. I often felt like I wasn’t moving just plodded along. You are nearly done with the program so far, just enjoy the buzz 🏃🏻‍♀️
