I am buzzing!!!

Finally got round to completing my third run of week 9 today and to say I was emotional was an understatement. Having started C25K in January as an over weight asthmatic felt like I was about to climb Everest. I'm still asthmatic and no doubt overweight but I've proved to myself that anything a possible. Where'd I get this 'Graduate' badge everyone's harping on about πŸ˜πŸ‘ thanks again for all your help

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated πŸŽ“ πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

Sounds great to me! Virtual Uni... virtual SU bar! 🀣. My dad always used to brew... must have a go one day.

It is definitely worth it. I'm pretty sure my current brew is nicer than any of Lanarkshire's pubs

Thanks, it didn't really hit me as being a huge achievement until my cool down and I started thinking about week 1 and how I was struggling to run a minute. This forum is amazing for keeping going.
