Finally got week 8 in the can after a few wobbles. Ran round the park for a change which was nice. Week 9 next ! Can't quite believe I'm still here plodding along 🐌

Ah well done. Were at the same point. I finished my 3rd run of week 8 today. Its unbelievable isn't it that 8 weeks ago I couldn't run 30 seconds. I'm so pleased this app was recommended to me. Can wait for this time next week and we will be graduates! All the best with week 9 😁
