After awful runs earlier this week, I went out for r3 at 6 this morning (to dodge the heat which I just cannot cope with) and listened to my own music ( to dodge the DIRE w8 tracks - sorry Julie but I really cannot stand you!!), and I really was back to my normal self!!! It was lovely!! Can't wait for my next run!!!! Cannot believe I only have 3 runs left.
But the elephant in the room is how on earth I am going to manage a race for life in July in the middle of the day, in the middle of a potential heatwave?????!!!!! 😱🌞😨 hot weather running tips for people who can't run in the heat anyone?? Anyone????????!!!
