Started the program again. Was running but inconsistent, kept having to walk. Need the structure of a plan. Just started week 5. Hopefully can keep at it. Could do with getting back to a routine. Feeling very fat and sluggish at the moment. 🙁

Just for future reference, you can just repeat week nine run three which is what I've been doing forever! I like the reassurance and the structure. I just mean you don't have to repeat the whole programme if you don't want to and you're already running for thirty mins xx
