First stitch at week 7 !!

Moan incoming: I’m struggling with week 7, R1&2... I managed the last 25min of W6 but W7 so far I have been hindered by acute stitches like 12-15 mins in (first time in program), I have to stop as it consumes my whole abdo. I do continue running for the entire time but it’s really aggravated me.

The only thing I can say I did differently is not eating before I went? I will be repeating this week for sure before progressing!

It just may happen sometimes ... good hydration at all times is helpful and many of us have our own ways of dealing with stitch...This may be helpful to you...
