Woo-hoo done it!! It was chilly at first but I soon warmed up. Plenty of fluids is making such a difference, no aches or niggles just listening to the music and jogging along with the wind. Yay me!!

Congratulations on completing your first week of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 2, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water as you have been to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾

Well done you!! 👏 Trust me when I say that this is a life changing roller coaster journey. I just graduated today and I'm still pinching myself and wondering if I imagined it 🙃. Trust the plan, listen to the fantastic advice on here and enjoy every second 🙂
