Well I've survived although my shins are sore. It was really hard tonight. We will see what wk2 brings. Think that will be Friday. X

I found slowing down a bit helped the shins.

Glad you are keeping going. Maybe some stretches will help with shins?

Well done on getting through the first week. You'll be hooked in no time. Like plop says, try going slower and then do some stretching whe you get home. Good luck with W2 👍

Have you got decent running shoes? It will make a difference to how you land when you're running. Good luck!

Well done, kiddo. New shoes sometimes have that effect, and the running too.. but your legs will get used to it and stop complaining soon. Proud of you!
