Ha ha, I have Sanjeev Kohli on my pod cast. I'm a 54 year old, heterosexual male but I could have happily kissed him when he said to slow down for a walk on my last run
You've done just three runs........well done, but miracles don't happen overnight.......that takes nine weeks.
You can do this and it can change your life.
Slow and steady, ( ...except when aided by a tail wind )
Bonus points for being out in the blustery rain too Well done !!
Get you - running in the wind and rain! No puny weather is going to get in your way!
And yes, it does get better. It doesn't necessarily feel like it, in all honestly, but at some point when you realise that you've met the challenge every time, the sense of pride in your achievements and glow of satisfaction when you look back at how much you've improved will help you see just how much better it's got!
