Well it's the first week down, and I feel slightly fearful of what is to come reading some of the blogs about times and such....

but I have not fallen over, my right leg still works correctly, nothing has fallen off and yes Laura I could still hold a conversation at the end.

Mind you that was with my imaginary friend….onwards and forwards and stuff like that…

Message to self…grease the rollers on the treadmill to stop the incessant whingeing sorry

Whine……….

Dale

Ignore times, they matter not a jot at the moment.

Slow is cool! 1 minute of slow running is better than 1 minute of walking - and that's way better than slouching around indoors. Even if you only do half a session, you got out of the door. Bet you do it all anyway!

Don't worry. It can look daunting, but it's all manageable as long as you listen to Laura. If the rain stops then I'll be running 20 mins tonight which sounded ridiculous just a few weeks ago (actually it still sounds a bit ridiculous.... ??)

Cheers everyone, after reading your advice, some other blogs and calming down (tea and bizquits??) I now feel better all round.

I've taped over the speed read out. Job done??
