I just came back from run 3. I feel like crap emotionally i don’t get it i thought i’d feel much better run 2 was so good. Well i did it so i guess thats all that counts.

Everyone has good days and bad days, so don't judge yourself on one run.

Good job... sometimes the run doesn’t give the expected buzz especially in the early weeks, but you did it and completed a week, you should be proud of yourself.
Yes!!! You did it!! 👍 Some runs are better than others, that is it... The first week is the toughest, and you have completed it!!! 💪💪💪 So be happy and proud of yourself! 😊 You’ve got out of the couch and run 3 times already, that’s a huge step. So relax, enjoy your rest day and go for the next one, maybe try slowing down a bit to feel more comfortable. You’ll do great!!!
Not all runs are great buzzy runs. Some are bad for no real reason (although first thing to check is your hydration). If you have a bad one just acknowledge it and move on. You’re lucky that you have felt the high already, some runners never do 😮. But you won’t always get one so it something to be treasured and chased after (slowly😀 for now at least).

You did it that’s the main thing, you will have good and bad runs all the time, the not giving up is what’s important. You are doing great a whole week completed
Well done for completing run 3, we all have good runs and bad ones. Your body is getting stronger every time you go out even if sometimes it doesn’t feel like it. I’m sure you’ll smash your next one, good luck 😉
