I can not believe it... I know everyone says it lol it’s an amazing feeling I really thought it would have been a massive struggle... but it was ok.
Instead of listening to music on this one I was listening to podcasts whic I think really helped as it took my mind off the 20 mins.
I am so happy 😁

AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 4 years ago Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Thanks Even though I feel positive I’m definitely going to take this advice and be aware.

Well done 👍That's always a great run to complete !
Just be mindful of week 6 runs 1 and 2 as they catch people out with going back to intervals !

Well done! That's the biggest mental (not physical) hurdle out of the way. Why did you think it would be a massive struggle?

I think it was the mental hurdle like you said. It felt such a big jump from what I had been doing.I’m so grateful for your support.
I definitely feel I can achieve more now.

As it shows, not such the hurdle as your brain tells you. Week 4 is the big jump, but very few realise it.
