Was a bit concerned looking ahead to W5R3, but after reading all the positive posts here and putting my faith in the programme, I had a go....and I DID IT!! I ran for 20 whole minutes without stopping!! It was tough. I had a sore foot 1 minute in, but then just ploughed on and forgot my sore foot. I have also been using my own music playlist, but today I used Laura, and really enjoyed the change in music. Looking forward to progressing to W6 now. I am past halfway in C25K. I also feel amazing, am sleeping like a log and am getting friendly with my fellow gym buddies. I never thought this would help my mental health so much, but it has worked so much better than my previous councilling. Good luck everybody

Well done! great feeling isn't it?? W6 is lovely, that confidence boost you've just received seems to see us through...(though it does feel strange to stop on R1)
Good luck!
