Currently on week 3 run 2 and absolutely loving it! I never in a million years thought I would be able to do something like this again due to my health problems. Touch wood it lasts!

Week 3 Run 2 was when I had the mental shift from "This is something I ought to be doing" to "This is something I want to do".
