Running form not right? Leaning forward throughout the run? Arms (elbows) pressing down? Do you feel relaxed when running or does it feel you're dragging your body? Has it always been this way?

Low blood sugar could be the cause.

Poor hydration could be the cause.

Stopping very suddenly can cause light headedness, which is why a brisk walk is recommended for cooldown.

Are you pushing too hard? 80% of your running is recommended to be at an easy conversational pace to build stamina and endurance.
