Ran 5k then stop and was fooling ever we’re like being drunk

Can any one shed some light on this I ran twice this week and both times when I stop running and try walking I can’t stand up and walk straight why is this it takes 15- 20 minutes to stop this

Running form not right? Leaning forward throughout the run? Arms (elbows) pressing down? Do you feel relaxed when running or does it feel you're dragging your body? Has it always been this way?

Low blood sugar could be the cause.

Poor hydration could be the cause.

Stopping very suddenly can cause light headedness, which is why a brisk walk is recommended for cooldown.

Are you pushing too hard? 80% of your running is recommended to be at an easy conversational pace to build stamina and endurance.

My legs feel ok it’s the balance and walking back home is the trouble I have I take fluids with with it’s only started sense are stated back running
