Forgot to post the other day - I forgot how strange it is to go from 20 minutes back down to 5/8/5 minute intervals and then R2 10 minute intervals...legs have been a bit sluggish but it was good to run down a country lane with the birds, squirrels & horses...i did however forget about the hill!! which nearly did me in...interesting to see how I cope with the 25 minute run this time as I dont feel anywhere near as fit as the last 2 attempts at C25K...have a great day....

Wow it’s amazing how you managed a hill as well! I am feeling disheartened as found run one and two of week 6 really hard and now on run 3 25 mins and I simply cannot do it! May have to start week 6 again and again. I think I also get bored as doing it on a treadmill
