It was brilliant! The previous run must have really prepared me well. Because of the intervals I didn't want to do this one without Laura, but I really found that music helped me last time, so I used the podcast rather than the app. What a difference! It helped enormously and I just wanted to keep going and going! Was it very naughty of me to have done a 10 minute run at the end rather than 5 run 5 walk? I doubt it, my walk is not much slower than my run! 🐢🐢 anyway, LOVED it!! I would not have believed this was possible when I was huffing and puffing through w1r1 a few short weeks ago. Keep going all week 1-ers, it really is possible, and COME ON all you fellow week 6-ers!!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
