Good morning to you all. Haven't posted for this week's runs. Completed wk8 this morning and it was a slog, I really wanted to stop after 5mns but kept going, got into a good rhythm but had to push myself all the way. Funny how each day is different.
I just can't believe there are only 3 more runs until the end of the podcast, 3 more minutes to be added on too and then find another challenge.
Keep up the good work all out there and for those just starting keep at it as it is TOTALLY worth it.

Well done! I have also just got home after run 3 week 8 and found it sooo hard... much harder than the earlier ones! Even after all these weeks thinking I can’t do any more and then doing it, I just don’t think I’ll run another 2 minutes next week! I guess we shall see but I think I’ll leave a 2 day rest this time
