Completed W9R3 really pleased with my achievment , never been a natural runner, played football most of my life still involved in coaching children, go to cycle spin classes twice a week decided to start running when I retired this year, found it hard to start with and also the mental side when you get to the longer runs but I came through it all and at nearly 68 I am well chuffed so all you runners out there just starting off keep going it's a really good feeling when to finish week 9' good luck to you all.
