Wk 4 in the bag, it was bucketing down this morning however as soon as the rain ceased I bulleted it out the door.. Delighted it’s done but how the hell am I going to be able to run 5k in 5wks 🤣 A miracle I think would need to happen 🤷‍♀️

Well done. You don't need a miracle, you just need to believe in yourself and in the C25K plan. It does work. Don't think about running 5K in 5 more weeks, what you are going to be doing is running for 30 minutes. The distance is secondary for now and will be something to work towards over time. Enjoy week 5 , it was my favourite x

Well done in getting out the door and completing the session, but as has been said, 5k is not really the target at the moment, it is completing 30 continuous minutes. You will do it, we all had thoughts like yours, but trust the programme and enjoy.

You can do way more than you think you can, just get those runs done and by the time you get to week 9 you’ll be ready for the final 30mins.Don’t worry about the 5K distance, very few actually reach that at graduation point.

Well done for completing week 4, I loved week 5 it’s been my favourite so far! Once you’ve completed it you’ll see why too.

Keep us posted! 😎
