Feeling chuffed that I got the pace right. It was really enjoyable despite the weather. I was pleasantly surprised how much further down the track I got.

Well done. As we progress in C25K it is often the mind that is a bigger problem than our bodies.

I'm so surprised to be enjoying it. I thought I'd have to slog through the first couple of months using sheer willpower. But I'm actually looking forward to attempting each run. Although my partner tells me he knows I'm getting ready for a run because of the puffing and sighing noises I make while I'm getting dressed 😅

Haha! My partner thought I was having an affair when I first started as I was heading out grumpy and coming back smiling!! He comes along now too and like me is getting slightly obsessed! Just did wk6r3 this morning which felt tough but I think back to the start and I struggled with one minute. Unbelievable really. Happy running Dylan rabbit! X

It’s such a great feeling isn’t it! No matter how many times I do this programme (and I have long since lost count!), I never fail to be amazed at how quickly stamina is built, and how what seemed impossible only a few days ago is achieved! Well done :)
