Hi, I am enjoying doing a 'proper" programme of running and touch wood no injuries which I used to get. Looking ahead are there any Apps to keep you motivated once the Couch/5K is finished? Don't think I am up to 10K but don't want to lose momentum so to speak.

Not long now until you graduate, congratulations on almost completing C25K, after you graduate and run several 30 minute consolidation runs, you could try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that if you wish to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan.
