So this is my third time of doing C25K... Cheated as started from week 4 as I think my fitness was at this level... So my motivation/ brain must be feeling better as I got out just after 6.30am to do the run...blimey it was cold this morning I really should invest in some running tights but always think I will look ridiculous.. Which I probably will!! So out in the cold in shorts but as the sun was coming out it didn't really matter... Not many people out which is good but for some reason I really hate running toward dog walkers going in the same direction as me... not sure why but I feel like they are blocking my route or I will scare them?? Anyone else have any bizzare thoughts on a run... Thanks Michael for coaching me back to 16 mins of running... Onwards and upwards to better health especially mentally.... Have a great day...

Pdb48 same here, and running/jogging up behind fast walkers listening to their music. I call out and then take an age to get by them. sometimes I'll take a detour if one is near, just to avoid them. I'm starting c25k for the second time after only 5 weeks off. I started at week 3 and now on run 2 of week 4. It seems harder than the first time and this time around my head tells me "you can do because you've done it, keep going". It seems harder though.
I know what you mean..this is my 3rd time around with 5-6 month gaps...this time i was out of action due to pneumonia for 3 months but it has really been tough to get motivated to get out and run...i think the sunshine helps and I have managed to do 3 runs in a row and will be out tomorrow early to do W4R3....keep going, as you say we have done it before so can do it this time...enjoy your day
