So completed week 1 run 3 this evening and for some reason struggled tonight.... not sure if I'm ready for week 2 but I will attempt it on Tuesday see how I get on with it....

If you completed Week 1, then you are physically (not necessarily mentally) ready for Week 2. That's how this works.

Well done for starting. I’m on week 6 and today I ran along a road I did in week 1. It made me remember how hard I thought week 1 was! If you’d asked me then to run for 20 minutes I’d have said you were mad! 😂
