So didn't feel it this morning but decided to get out into the fresh air and just try Wk5R3. Being outside was great and I told myself just give it a go and if you're not up to it, then walk the route and try again tomorrow. Pushed myself and managed the 20 mins, except 40 secs when I had to stop to get my bearings as got a little lost on my new route! Love reading everyone's stories on here as it pushes me to stick with C25K and now really pleased that I've completed Wk 5!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, glad that you enjoyed your run today and ran it non stop.Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
