Did it! first run and feeling alright :)

Just completed my first run! W1R1 ... whoop! Was not that bad and as today is a gorgeous day I really enjoyed the route through my area. Love the C25K app. Onwards and upwards I say ... now to get myself out of bed early enough to do that route before work in the morning ...

Have just had this brainwave - am going to have an 'intention' to run not a 'must' 'should' or 'ought'. Good luck - keep intending and you'll do it (even if you just annoy yourself into it!)

Keep it up. Getting up early never been a problem for me. Need to drop 3 days twins in school so credit goes to them. It was always just the way to park 😂
