I have got myself out & just completed my w1R3. Honestly, I can’t believe it! My legs were still feeling quite heavy on the first 2 runs into, but then I noticed my breathing seemed become more stable, and my legs seemed to feel a little less heavy. Booked my reminder for Sunday, but not sure if I’ll move on to W2 or do this run again.

MiaMac you're ready to tackle week 2 leave week 1 behind just pace yourself it's only a little longer so just hold back at the beginning 👍
Move on to week 2 if you have completed week 1 without any difficulty.

Well done but the programme is designed to progress you. Try wk3 and see how you go but slowly slowly. Good luck.

Hi MiaMac , well done for completing your first week. Did my second run yesterday, which was a bit better than my first. I am at work tomorrow, but will definitely try to get out again afterwards to keep the momentum going. Here’s hoping your second week goes as well as your first😊
