Well when I wrote my first post I mentioned I was jogging, and got some comments that I should be using the word "running" and wow, it really made a difference to me, as I woke up the next day saying " I am a runner" and I started off running, i just felt and believed I was, and it made the experience just awesome! So I am celebrating completing the 5k and now will complete the race for life next sunday, and then I shall move on to start on the 10k will the goal to be able to do 25k by the end of this year. I am so excited and loving running as few weeks ago I could not even run down my road!
