Graduated...c25k...didn't think I would do it. Last run recorded 3 pr's. Fastest/longest 5km. Now to keep running. Well jogging!

Well done Chicky33, that’s fantastic! I graduated nearly 2 years ago and I’m still going strong🏃‍♂️

You could think about consolidating for a few weeks (just running for 30 minutes up to 3 times a week) before deciding where your running journey will take you🏃‍♀️🤔

You could also look at Parkrun when it restarts (no idea yet when that’s going to be). It’s a non-competitive run around local parks every Saturday morning and it’s great to meet up with others for a social chat too. They’re making preparations so it’s COVID-secure too of course. The website is parkrun.org.uk if you’re interested. Good luck!
