High tide, bad nights sleep and not the best week at work, what could possibly go wrong?! Despite warnings about this run it went ok. Not one of my favourites - after the buzz of running 20 mins it seemed a bit ' blah' but trusted the plan and I'm sure there is a logic to going back to shorter run periods. At least the moon was out and not raining. Roll on Friday for run 2....actually, just roll on Friday πŸ˜†
