Just completed run 1 of week 4, no problems, the last 5 mins i upped to 6. That was 3-5-3-6
My legs are holding up, so far so good and also the first time i got a sweat on!

Well done. We’re at the same point of the programme. Did my WK4, Run1 today too... though happy not doing the extra minute! 😁
Fair play. I just speed up at the end of my last run today. But really it was the first time I felt like I'd achieved something.
