Thank you for the advice. It makes it less daunting when there is no pressure.
I’ve got my 3rd run today, I took it so slowly with a pair of good running shoes that I’m certain make a real difference

Well done. My first run was Saturday and my legs are still a bit stiff today. My next one is tomorrow and I expect I’ll feel the same after that but I’ll keep doing my best. Good luck to you, keep sharing how it’s going for you, the encouragement on here is so helpful.
