Graduated woo!

Cant believe I've actually finished couch to 5k! Wasn't sure I'd manage 5k yet but really wanted to give it a go and surprised myself. This is the best thing to come out of lockdown! To anyone doubting if it works, keep going you'll get there!

Now going to do some shorter distance runs to consolidate and give my body a break for a few weeks. Then who knows, maybe we'll try for 10k!

Congrats on graduating. You can do (not) parkrun now if you wish. You can include your walking sections at the beginning and the end for this too, so you don't have to run the whole lot, yet. Don't push yourself too much during consolidation. Just get those COMFORTABLY paced miles under your belt to improve stamina.

Congratulations on completing C25K. Keep it up but don't over do it. Build your time and distance slowly.

Congratulations. 😊
