Guys thanks so much for all your tips, I listened to it all, brisk walk not slow, foot placement, not too fast, warm up, warm down and I had a podcast on this time, it was so much better (not easier but definitely better) didn't stop once π You probably don't realise how deflated I was after run 1, just thinking I'll never do this and you guys turned that round. Thank you. I know this is still going to be hard but I now think that I can do it π
