1st run of wk1 done today!

Took me a very long time to finally get my arse in to gear and attempt to get fit and healthy!

Have been going to the gym but always afraid of doing vigorous cardio/running thanks to my big chest; they seem to have a mind of their own!

So I downloaded the c25k app last night after reading everyone’s stories and progress on here and I felt encouraged to actually do it so bit the bullet this morning and actually went for my first run and what a feeling that was! I did feel quite conscious at the beginning but once you work up a sweat you really don’t care.

Looking forward to seeing how I progress and the support on here deffo helps!

Woohoo... difficult run that one, getting off the couch especially. Well done. Now you know you have it in you and you know how great it feels to finish. Just keep it going and you’ll be fine.

Well Done! I have the best bra in the world - triumph Doreen. My boobs are the only things that don’t wobble whilst I’m running! I could do with a bra for my flabby tummy 😂😂😂😂. Hoping it will reduce with me running 3-4 times a week. Anyway well done xx

Hahaha.

I was just thinking this morning that my butt which is pretty unexciting and veers closer to flat than voluptuous has a mind of its own and makes its presence known during a run. More movement than I'd think likely. 😳 Butt bra!

Flat-ish AND flabby? Good lord, woman, do a squat!
