It was harder because it was quicker.............
If any run is hard, just slow down.

Hi markbrom ...further + faster = harder...If you slow it down I’m have no doubts that your runs will feel easier...you don’t want to burn out before the end of your runs over the next couple of weeks...good luck 😉
