I first did C25k during last lockdown and felt amazing!!! I had great plans to keep going but really missed the targets being set and more so the encouragement of this group.
It’s taken me 5months to put on all of the weight AND MORE that I lost last time - and I have really felt ‘flat’. So this morning I took the bull by the horns and set of week 1 day 1.
It was definitely not easy but I am More ready then the last time to beat this challenge again.
