Completed c25k a couple of times before, the last time was before Christmas unfortunately didn’t listen to myself when I finished and ended up trying to go faster, which resulted in me stopping. Well wk1r1 completed felt better than when I started last time so hopefully will be able to get to the end again. Need to listen to myself this time and be happy with getting through each week and not worry if I can’t do the magic 5k. Feeling positive
