First week is the hardest I think ... well done
That could be your personal motto "I have learned to believe", congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K, I am glad that you enjoyed those 3 runs, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to week 2
