Nice and fresh run out, it started to snow a little, but the contrast between a Snowy Monday and no snow Wednesday is crazy!

I felt comfortable and thought I my pace was a little high to start with a slowed it a bit.

I've treated myself to a upgraded pair of New Balance fresh foam 1080v11 and some new running tights.!! I feel good and postive. This really helping me smooth out my anxiety and depression and the family notice it!

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Hmmm, I go out at around 6:45am and it says drink 500ml two hours before!! This will not happen but if I keep hydrated throughout the day I am sure I will better off..

As I say in that piece, if you cannot drink 500ml two hours beforehand, hydrate well the previous evening and drink 500ml before you go.
