Week5 run 3- did it 😍

I’ve started the c25k programme many times and the furthest I got was week 8 run 1 and every single time I get nervous when it comes to the longer runs such as week 5 run 3 where you run 20mins for the first time 🙈 but I’m pleased to say it went really well this time 😊 I’m finding my recovery is much quicker and love the feeling of running once you get over the initial out of breath stage! Only 4 weeks left and determined to finish it this time and continue running after week 9 run 3!

Well done.

If you are getting out of breath you are going too fast, as advised in the guide to the plan.

Say this sentence out loud to yourself "Am I going slow enough to enable me to speak this sentence in one out breath?" If you cannot, you are going too fast.
