As you've now discovered, it's actually a mental test, not a physical one.
Remember that your BODY is always ready and prepared for the next run, thanks to all the runs you've done previously - that's how a program like this works. But very often your BRAIN is not convinced.
Top tip: SWITCH BRAIN OFF
Now that you've overcome one of the biggest psychological hurdles in the program, NOTHING else should faze you now. Get Week 6 done and then you're onto the finishing straight of Weeks 7, 8 and 9.

Knew you could do it! Such an awesome feeling, I've just done Week 6 run 1 - it looked easy on the app but wasn't - it was a bit deflating initially but now after reading some others comments I realise I'm not alone, stick at it
