Yesterday I completed run1 of week 2. I have decided to go really slow and it does seem to ease the pain in the side of my legs, when I stop running i felt the side of my legs and i can tell the muscles are tight and also warm to the touch. My stamina is good and as soon as my legs catch up with me, i think i will be fine!
