Definitely having a rest day tomorrow. Just my 20 minute walk to work and 20 minutes back home to loosen the legs. Best thing I did was not to run yesterday (when it would have normally been a run day) as I knew I was not recovered from a run on Friday. Today my legs and mind were in the right place and it felt ok.
Brilliant well done, I'm starting week 5 tonight - have to say quite nervous.
Don't be nervous. The work you have put in so far will get you through it. I've read on here so many times to 'trust the plan'. Just go nice and steady and I'm sure you'll be fine π
Well done! It's a great feeling isn't it? I completed it last Friday and felt surprisingly good after it.
