I DID IT. HOW DID I DO THAT ππ itβs an incredible feeling and yes I know I have a long way to go but the fact that I ran without stopping and of course I was knackered but I felt good is just amazing. That last 5 minutes was also a killer π I understand what you all mean now!
But I did itππ» onto the next one and the rest of the weeks. Week 6 here I come π₯³

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran π π π
I think itβs because we ran for 20 mins which feels great so stopping and starting throws your rhythm and takes effort cranking up and winding down. But so necessary. Good luck!
As with you and purple walker have said that makes complete sense so thank you for letting me know before I start π Iβll power through ππ»πͺπΌ
Very well done Emolie π, that is the milestone run out of the way and psychologically I am sure it will boost you. As AlMorr says be wary of the intervals now but onward and upward for you π
I think because the W5r3 challenge went ok I thought W6 would be a relatively easy week, so had a wake up call. Plus yes the interval probably played a part as that was the hardest of the 3 runs. Since that all been ok. Still rest 1 run 1. The 5th run past graduation being 48 mins.
Excellent! Grit your teeth through week 6 and then trust me, itβs much easier just running but only because of all the stop start training weeks 1-6. Good luck!
