Week 5 will have to wait a bit

I finished week 4 a couple of days ago and I must admit that the last run was challenging. I suspect that I will do that run again if not the entire week. I don't think my legs are conditioned enough yet for week 5.

In the mean time I had my Covid jab yesterday and am suffering a flu like reaction with a temperature and aching joints. There is also three inches of snow outside and likely to be for the next few days so I think the C25K will have to wait a bit.
