Well folks that's my first week completed and although the tracks were covered in snow I managed without slipping or falling so looking forward to my second week and just hoping the weather improves. Stay safe and remember spring is just around the corner.

Nice winter photo, congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 2, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾

I will be 75 in May and I am wondering if I should continue with running and cycling which I have done since I was 7, I will see how it goes after that.
